Before starting MJ Pioli, I spent 15 years working in various leadership roles in the corporate realm, including the position of CMO for a global law firm. Coming from this in-depth experience and perspective, I understand and relate to the responsibilities and challenges of serving a company and its people. As a certified professional coach and facilitator of 20 years, I work with leaders of all levels, teams and organizations. I use a value-based approach by guiding individuals to see opportunities, develop a customized strategy, and strengthen their teams while staying aligned with their business’s core culture.
