ABOUT

Mary Jane Pioli, CPC

Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant & Facilitator

Mary Jane Pioli is a certified professional coach and facilitator and a business development strategist with over twenty years of experience working with individual clients, professional-service firms, and teams in both entrepreneurial and enterprise companies. In addition, she leads three peer advisory groups helping business leaders grow their businesses and their leadership while solving organizational issues and optimizing opportunities.

Mary Jane is passionate about developing conscious leaders who are happier and more effective in their professional roles and personal lives. She guides her clients to become mindful and intentional leaders by examining the belief systems that drive their thinking and by teaching them to inspire and manage from a place of self and social awareness.

Because she embraces a growth mindset, Mary Jane is particularly adept at helping executives navigate transitions as they advance in their careers and as their organizations grow. In addition, she is an expert at assisting teams in creating and implementing programs, products, and services for sustainable success. Her values-based approach helps organizations develop goals, strategies, and leadership programs aligned with their core cultures.

Mary Jane lives on a mini-farm on the outskirts of Seattle and enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, along with their horses Nash and Jeb and sweet dog Ella. This active and well-rounded lifestyle allows her to be fully present in her coaching, helping her clients recognize that an integrated life creates happiness and productivity as they honor their authentic selves.

All great leaders take time to reflect. Reflection can be a catalyst that allows greatness to emerge. It allows leaders to make brilliant decisions. Reflection allows them to lead their teams and organizations to bigger places. My work fosters both reflection and observation along with many other tools that help launch clients into sustainable success through clarity, alignment and action.
